FRAUD ALERT

Beware of scammers, who are using automated telephone messages to tell you that your credit or debit card has been deactivated. You are then prompted to "press 1 for more information" at which point you will be transferred to a so-called "security center" to reactivate the card. This is of course so the scammers can obtain your card number and more.

YOUR CREDIT UNION WILL NEVER ASK YOU FOR YOUR ENTIRE CARD NUMBER OVER THE PHONE! If you receive such a call, please hang up the phone and dial 802-295-5104 and report it to us.

If you think you received a call such as the one described above and you may have given out your card information, please call the number on your card immediately to report that your card might have been compromised.
